1. Use of Website
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. Misuse or abuse of the site may result in access termination.
2. Service Engagement
All services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website, Funnels, etc.) are subject to a project brief, scope agreement, and timeline confirmation. Free trials are limited and offered only to qualified leads.
3. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment is required before starting any paid project.
- Remaining 50% upon project completion or milestone delivery.
- No refunds are processed once work begins unless mutually agreed.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, strategies, ad campaigns, and other creative work developed by me remain the intellectual property of Freelancer Abhijit unless stated otherwise in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate business information
- Respond and give feedback on time
- Respect communication timelines and approvals
6. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any business losses or ad platform issues beyond our control (e.g., account bans, platform outages, ad rejections).
7. Communication
My primary communication channels are Email, Call, and WhatsApp.
8. Termination
I reserve the right to terminate any project or support if abusive behavior, miscommunication, or breach of terms is observed.
9. Changes to Terms
I may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted here and become effective immediately.
